| You know it might be a good idea to shut off all foreign aid for awhile until we get our house in order.
We wont be any good to anybody if we turn to a 3rd world country. I think America is still considered the most generous nation.
I dunno just seems to me you can't give if you ain't got.
I try to be generous when I can. Which isn't often enough. But I have only me to take care of me.... So I wonder if America is ever in a bind, would there be foreign aid from other nations to help us.
