| Bush has left/is leaving us with the largest deficit in government since I was a child. He has also run up the national debt so much that the national debt clock will run out of digits before or right around the time of Bush's departure.
People always bash Clinton, and I'm not saying that he was a great President, by any means. But, while he was President, he was able to reduce government spending and actually have a surplus instead of a deficit. Also, the national debt clock was at a stand still, if not actually running backwards....
