I was told that in the long run it was going to be cheaper to build Ross than to fix up the Middle School. You also have to look where the schools got the money to build Ross. That should answer any questions as to why it was built. As for filling the school, they are taking teachers & students out of 2 of the largest elementaries to fill Ross next year. This is causing a big stink in the education community. I am close friends with many
