Why don't they (all students) just go to their local neighborhood school? Would save a lot of money, rather than forcing kids to bus all over town. Plus, most could walk to school; and they could use the exercise, from the looks of most of them.

I have been in most schools in the District, and appears to me to be about 75% Hispanic, so correct me if I am wrong, but that seems like a majority to me.
