Then one day while driving on the highway i was pulled over by a highway patrol. he asked to check my window tint. Turned out my window tint was 22%...i had no idea what the leagal limit was and i was never pulled over before, but i was still issued a ticket even though it was my first offense. I personally think this window tint law is a victimless crime. I was told by the officer that it is mainly enforced on the highway and not in town. I was confused then and i'm still confused now on why its such a big deal. beside helping law enforcement fill their quota for the month.

Think about this.

You're a cop that's just stopped a car on Hwy. 50 at 3 a.m.
You have no partner or back up & the car has Kali tags.
As you approach the car, you can't see damn thing inside because of the dark tint.
