He is exactly right. It isnt a victimless crime...it is an officer safety issue. Plus, if you think about it, it makes it harder to see at night. Try putting on your sunglasses and driving around town after dark - same idea.

Highway patrol should enforce window tint more, because their safety is even more in question than city cops. Inside the city limits, we have street lights. Next time the power goes out in the middle of the night, step outside and see what it looks like. Those street lights make a HUGE difference. This gives you and adequate view as to what a trooper has to deal with when out on a quiet road in the county with no street lights.
