This answer is incorrect. They will have a voter registration table set up at the KofC so that you can register as a Democrat to participate in the caucus. I would get there early if you have to register to vote. Caucusing starts at 7:00pm, I believe, and I think the doors open at 6:00pm to handle people that need to register. Somebody correct my times if I am wrong.

However, for the Republican caucus on next Saturday the 9th, you had to register as a republican before Jan. 25th.

To answer the question about does this determine the candidate. Delegates are awarded according to how many people caucus for each person. The number of delegates a candidate has determines who will be on the ticket for the General Election in November. (i.e.- the person with the most delegates wins!)
