You are right...I'm uneducated in the fact that I have never drawn any gov't welfare. It's not hard to understand what it is though.
Welfare is financial assistance paid by taxpayers to people who do not support themselves.
That is the Wikipedia definition. What is so difficult about understanding THAT. Even a dolt like ME can understand that, it's pretty plain and simple. RIGHT? I didn't know that there was an UPDATED version of what welfare is that makes my thinking "old". Please elaborate o' modern thinking one.
