Not mad. Not riled. But I did have to tear myself away and go to lunch and get some things done.
On the rebate business, Bush offered up the idea and the Dems in the House were all over it and couldn’t push it through fast enough. If it’s a bad idea they had the power to stop it but they liked it. If it works out well, the Dems will be claiming credit for it by election time. If it turns out to be “f*cked up”, pass the credit around.
