There is nothing wrong with gov't aid for those having a hard time. Let me clear something up. When I speak negatively about gov't aid, I'm talking about those that use and abuse the system costing tax payers lots and LOTS of money. I'm talking about the people that drive up to pick up their free lunch having kids in a 50K SUV.

I am all for say...a single mom with a couple of kids...having gov't help (daycare, paycheck, wic) while she is in school because eventually she will be productive citizen. There are people that have disasters hit their family and need help which is fine. I will help these people in a heartbeat. There are many people though that make poor choices and do stupid sh**. These are the people I have no use for and are the people I speak of. If you think welfare abuse isn't costly do a google search on it.
