| Unfortunately, the regulatory climate makes it hard for almost any business to survive. Big brother tells you who you have to hire, who you can fire, what bennies you have to provide, etc., etc., etc, unless you're a small business. Then you add in the "equal access" crap and it makes it an unrealistic opportunity.
