Yes and no....We are leaders and followers both. To be a good leader you have to be a good follower. How many people in the civilian world are told what to wear to work, when to eat, what time to do what? You know there is a more discplined, structered environment in the military. It's not really a bad thing. People coming out of the army are typically good at making decisions and thats not becuase they are mindless robots. Again you have to be able to think on your own in order to make those decisions. I'm not going to argue with you. If you think military people are mindless robots that's fine.
I have to make choices every day. (I even get to decide what I eat) There is nothing laid out in front of me. I just have left and right limits I operate under and I take it from there.
