Consider all the crap that is NOT caught on tape....That's why this needs to be handled swiftly and harshly! Jones (the cop) should be charged with aggravated assault and jailed herself. | It sounded like that's what they are going to do. The whole crew needs to address why there was no report of this. Hell we got 2 border agents sitting in the pen now for no follow up. To me discharging a weapon and this sort of behavior are about at the same level. There should not be degrading behavior toward inmates by any deputy. It's deplorable and I think most LEO's agree. The inmates have a very good grievance system and use it daily. Most times it's unfounded accusations but when some deputy goes weird they usually do a pretty good job at weird. After all look where they spend their time - it makes ya kinda weird anyway. This is a sad sad case tho.
