| I saw yesterday on the Today show or something that there is actually a new taser comming out - it has lower voltage or the voltage doesn't go to the heart, or something on that line but it's a "safer" taser - course anything is safer than a bullet in my opinion. Then again there are some that just have had thier name on a bullet for years. Just takes awhile to catch up to them.
