Problem is who,what,where,when.
Just as there are degrees of torture there are also degrees of invading privacy.
I would hope the CIA and other sources would know how to handle that, at least better than the WMD'S. Surely they have learned from that mistake.....haven't they?
How is information graded ? 3 or more have to agree on the evidence ? What? how is it handled ?
Remember the times when concern about this was not publicly debated.... Wish it were still so.
