| Hey, here's something to consider. BO is going to say whatever it takes to get elected. Just like HC, or JM, or even MH. No sense planning on how he's going to pay for things that just flat are not going to happen. He might as well have said he's going to wipe out hunger and disease, find a cure for cancer, and make sea water a fuel source.
Wouldn't it be great if he (or any of them) would just tell the truth? Ah, politics. Its like a teenager trying to talk a prom date out of her pants. Starts out innocent enough, but in the end, someones getting screwed.
