| This is actually something a lot of Republicans push for. The world is full of frivolous lawsuits and if a party brings a stupid lawsuit and loses they should have to pay the cost of the other party retaining lawyers and such. I bet it would cut down on quite a few lawsuits. The thing is some people in Congress won't support this because they have a LOT of money from the Lawyer lobby in their pocket.
