| If you read the article you will see this was brought up by McCain's own advisers (specifically this adviser = attorney - is the same one that sued Florida during the Gore / Bush debacle).............. and has been brought up with every candidate that fits the criteria...........(see the ones at the top of the article).
This isn't a right or left issue............ it's just an issue that got McCain some blip in the paper.................. RELAX!!!
