I'm still a person in the middle. I historically vote Republican, am against illegal immigration, and am "for" folks taking care of themselves. It's just the the "right" seem to feel that the only people that are worth any help are themselves. It makes me sick.

I think that our country is compasionate enough to show some consideration for others - that's all.

So don't lump me in the "lefty" group - I don't live there.

The way you posted - seemed to imply that some other source (other than McCain) was at the root of this article. Just wanted the truth to shine thru............. no personal whack intended. Sorry if you took it like that. I'm now assured you didn't intend it that way either. Glad it's crystal clear!! This was a "immigration" post.................. so the truth is yep - a child born (not dropped) in the US is a US citizen. May be inconvienant but it's the law.
