| They will write tickets. I had a simalar thing as well. I called and they will write tickets - well actually it's the animal control person that writes the ticket - I think.
I just went as talked to them and they moved the pen from the north corner to the south corner of the yard and that solved the issue of me hearing them. They probably still barked.
Hell they would even turn down the accordian music when I went to my door and pointed to my ears.......... they are and were good nieghbors. Didn't speak much english but knew living in a neighborhood meant ya had to respect your neighbors. Yeah - I sure liked them!
