Look at the last names of the people in the jail for DUI/DWI...that will sometimes be an indicator of the race. Just like when they print the list of warrants in the paper if you look at the name it's probably a decent indicator of their nationality...not always but usually.

I agree with Dutch. We have so freaking many unlicensed/uninsured people on our streets that they could give a sh*t less about our DUI laws if they are even aware of them. The amount of unlicensed/uninsured motorists coupled with the amount of DUI's we have in Dodge probably makes our streets some of the most unsafe in the state.....what are our city leaders doing about that?
