Gets to the point where I sometimes want everyone to leave that wasn't here in 1776. (I know, unfair to the Natives.)
There were no legals or illegals then. Just workers that came for their betterment. Now there are rules -- rules that historically were written due to issues of race and nationalilty. "Chinese exclusion act" was the name of one -- just to make that point.
The source of the jobs -- jobs that overlook little things like illegal or legal -- unless needed to fire someone -- that's where the problem starts. And those jobs are managed by very non-hispanics.
Many on this board don't see that -- or would rather overlook it, in my view. Arrest the management of Excel -=- the 'illegal' problem would clear up very fast. |
