| That's very sentimental mit...but the fact is we are a global economy. American cars are getting better BECAUSE of toyota and honda. Toyota hasn't always been quality and not every car they make it good nor is every car GM makes bad.
Your GM car may be a great one and that's good. CR looks at "the big picture" and talks to the owners of the cars for their feedback. It is what it is. The numbers don't lie.
I also agree with Bubba. Toyota and Honda build their cars IN the U.S.A. employing AMERICAN workers. Where was that Ford you are driving made?
