| I know quite a few years ago, when all the good concerts stopped, I heard some city official big wig said there would never be another rock concert at the Civic Center. He seems to have been right, because there hasn't been one since.
His excuse was they were bad for Dodge City's image. OK, so flooding the city with illegals is good for the city, and rock concerts are bad.
