In the future, maybe the the visitor & convention office or the chamber of commerce or somebody could call all restaraunt management about a week in advance and remind them of the event that is scheduled and the amount of people expected for the event and remind the managers to schedule accordingly to make it smoother on everybody and maybe help Dodge City look a little better in the eyes of out-of-town visitors that made a special trip.

I heard that people from Hays, Salina and Manhattan even came down to the concert. Did anybody else hear that?

I think it's a managers responsibility to know what's going on in the area when they do the scheduling. I have to keep up with any events going on in the area that I may want to be at...I don't depend on them to come to me.
