That's BS! We got there at 6:02 and were seated at 6:58. Many people who had arrived later were seated sooner than us because we were a large party (20) and more difficult to find the room. When we opted not to seat together because of the long wait for tables all in one spot (to put together) we were then seated. There were 3 of us at one table, 5 at another, and 12 at the large table.
None of us were close enough to talk to any of the others.
Still all three tables, even the ones with 3 and 5 got charged the 15% gratuity. We all had seperate checks and
experienced no benefits of being together. Why would we get charged like a large party?
It took us 27 minutes to finally get our food which left us about 10 minutes to eat and still make Willie. While the food was fine for me.
It was not a fun dining experience - AT ALL.
