Well, generally I would say pretty good. I don't want to start a battle of any kind, there are a few that can be difficult. After being here for awhile you get to know them, and I go out of my way to make sure we do the best we can for them. But there are "a known few" (not saying everyone, keep that in mind!!) that complain and give the staff a hard time each and everytime they come in.
Friday (of the Willie concert) we had a huge lunch, this ONE (she was the only one to complain, because like I said, not trying to start a battle on here.) lady came in with her kids, I happened to be at the door when she came in. We were full, so we were taking names for the wait, when I asked her for her name, she actually said, "What the f--- for?" When I told her that we were full and on a wait, she told me that was bullshit and that she only had 30 minutes for lunch and she wanted applebee's. I offered the bar, and then she said I was crazy, she was sitting at the bar with her kids it was inappropriate. But of course, she would use that language around her kids.
I know that sometimes, when our bad service occurs it's because we are understaffed, and our servers end up with more tables than they should. We are getting closer and closer everyday to being fully staffed. It has been the biggest battle out here for us.
