I got your point, Pootsy. You were suggesting a type of "entrapment", which a few LEO's have been known to do in years past. It can ruin an establishments business, and is not supposed to be allowed; but it happens. Just like a few LEO's spend their "off time" doing some of the same things that they arrest people for doing. One of the main problems I see in
DC, is the lack of public transportation and/or establishments providing rides to customers. I would think that if a bar owner here in
DC would provide a "DD or free ride home", that their business would show great gains.
