SA used to have a "River Walk" with all sorts of shops and restaurants. The Alamo has some interesting history. Also, check out the Lone Star Brewery (used to have alot of mounted animals, live catfish ponds, oh, and free beer). Of course, I was there for awhile in the USAF, and that was many moons ago. Not positive what they have now. One work of advice, beware of "Texans". They are everywhere!
