There's a lot of things that page doesn't show. Like, was the taxes appealed, property change hands, improvements, and other changes in the property. There could have been corrections to the classification or the land could have been used for business purposes in prior years. The only way you'll know is to pull an ICS sheet, which will show you a sketch of the property, buildings and even rooms. It will show you how the property has changed and whether the condition has been upgraded or downgraded.

Similarly, in prior years, mine goes way up and then way down and then back up as well- Why? because the county had it way over appraised (110k) prior to my purchase (60K) and subsequent valuation appeal (64k) which made them go way up (prior to my purchase), way down (appeal) and now gradually back up again as I make improvements.

So, you can't rely on that for the answer - you must look at the ICS sheet, which you can request free of charge from the county appraisers office for free.
