IMO - the Treasury side is right, we need to keep workers and their taxes. And, Justice is also right, we need to seal our borders - line up everyone here illegally and give them an opportunity to stay if they prove worthy - and it's not just factory workers - there are those that prey upon their own people that need to be dealt with first. We might start with a list of things they're going to have to do to within a specific time limit..

3) | How do you test them in English skills if you don't know they are here? What if they don't pass the basic English skills test? Do you deport them? Do you spend MORE tax payer money to teach them to speak English? What if they don't want to learn English?
