When I think of my mother-in-law....a poor sharecropper in Arkansas...I am ashamed of myself..... she worked the fields and took care of 5 kids, lived in a tin roof shack... no plumbing...hauled water from a creek.. washed and ironed all the clothes.. canned garden produce, killed hogs in winter... I could go on and on....It was an honor to have known her..and Father-in-law...She also lived to 93, him 96.......... I loved those people.... I miss them.
