I disagree somewhat. If you drive downtown and look at some of the shops the storefronts are not any different than the non-hispanic shops. There are a couple of clothing stores down there that are pretty nice actually. I think saying that all the Hispanic shops look like hoochie shops is a generalization. There are non hispanic owned places that look very crappy. Who owns that beer store in front of the Best Western? It looks pretty crappy.

The thing is that as long as our population is vastly Hispanic that there will be a lot of hispanic shops downtown and in the mall. It just makes sense.
