"The April 2008 edition of Outdoor Life magazine named the Top 200 towns for hunters and anglers in America to call home and Kansas had four.
“Many hunters and fisherman are looking to sink their roots in a new hometown, to raise a family where campsites outnumber condos, or retire to a place where it’s as easy to catch a bass as it is to catch a commercial flight,” stated author Andrew McKean.
Named in the Top 200 were Atchinson, Dodge City, Emporia and Junction City. A special section listing America’s Top 10 Whitetail towns included Parsons, KS"

I found this very interesting. Wonder where all the fishing is?
