In most of my eating experiences in Dodge City, not picking on anyone in particular, I have noticed that management and service are lacking. I have seen many restaurants come and go, and most of them were due to lack of management and service. Now throw in crummy food, and that is the reason Dodge City is loaded with "fast food" restaurants!! When friends come to visit and want to go out into the Beef Capital for a good steak, I don't know where to send them!!
