| I agree with Wordy also....It's borrowed money. It's NOT a tax rebate because 1. the 2007 taxes have already been spend and 2. people are getting the rebates that didn't pay any taxes. Sounds like a handout to me. I think instead of our gov't BORROWING MORE money for handouts they should have either CUT SPENDING or CUT TAXES or BOTH.
