Was the driver on the cell phone?
I don't let my young driver have a cell phone period. I don't think it is safer to have one. I put an old out of service one in the glove box with a charger. It will dial 911, that is it.
My thoughts are with all the families - and the whole community. It will be a tough one to deal with. |
