Back in the day when I was in the food service business, I was taught that the customer was always right no matter how stupid they may be. Because it's all about word of mouth, but these days it seems that it's all about the money and the managers these days seem to think, this is my store and my rules and if you don't like it you can go some where else.
And todays managers try to be buddys with their co-workers, which in my opinion is wrong, that just lets them get away with stupid stuff. This town and many others are lacking from "
smart" managers that know how to run a business and that is the main reason for the poor service that you receive.
