Well...figure it like this..the illegals that they are representing don't vote...well most of them don't but some might. (not that anyone would probably stop them) The people that own the packing plant probably don't vote here either so they aren't turning out.
There are a few citizens that think the commission will actually DO something for them and they show up and vote...little do they know. Right now some dude named Juan with no citizenship, no drivers license and no insurance is sipping on a Corona (paid for with your tax dollars) and celebrating. MAN it must be good to be Illegal and live in Dodge.
