Bubba, That part is true under any circumstances.
Stoli the the lowest I ever go on the vodka rung. Anything lower should only be used as a cleaning product.
If you like GREAT Vodka, try some Ciroc. This one I don't need to mix with anything.
next would be some Kettle One
followed by Stoli black label
next is grey Goose
Then Stoli (including the flavors)
