That's not what Highway is referencing. The OP listed it as Gore/Obama indicating a ticket where Gore is the presidential nominee based on a brokered convention where neither Hussein nor Clinton has enough delegates to win the nomination outright. It's not been done in a long time, at least not in my lifetime I think (49 years).
