| Victory Electric Health Fair and Annual Meeting
Saturday, April 12, 2008 at the Civic Center in Dodge City. Health Fair will run from 8:00am to 12:00am. Victory Electric annual meeting to start at 2:00pm.
Health Fair:
Blood draws for lab work will cost $10. This includes all normal testing, as well as, PSA's for men.
Free: PAP smears, spinal screenings, Bone Density screenings, eye exams, vision screenings, dental exams, foot screenings, blood sugar levels(first 500), %body fat, skin cancer screenings, breast exams, etc. There will even be a physician board there to advise you on any of the screenings you partake in.
Free: Meal served 12:00pm to 1:30pm. Free bottled water, Free Pepsi,
2 59" flat screen T.V.'s will be given away (start and end). Free shuttle service when Civic Center parking is full (Methodist church, Intermediate Center and Middle school for additional parking).
Free: education on many health services, supplies, diseases, etc.
Free: Teddy Bear Clinic. Bring in your Stuffed animals that are in need of repair or are in poor health (children only, AOO, Keep your stuffed toy at home!).
The most you will pay for this health fair will be the $10 lab fees. Lab results will be mailed directly to your home.
