and that report was when oil was about $50-60 per barrel. Now that it is in the $100-110 per barrel range that figure would be about $30 million each day. Is Halliburton and others with no bid contracts doing the stealing and selling it on the cheap to the big oil companies so that they can make billions in profit? We will never know....
