I agree. When I checked prices a couple years ago internet from DTV was the most expensive way to go.

I have DTV and like it. My rule of thumb is if you get TV over a dish your best internet choice is a DSL service. Probably a package with your local phone service as opposed to buying a DSL line and using a different internet provider. If you want cable internet they will charge extra if you don’t take the TV package.

If I had cable I would look at putting everything on the cable. Internet, TV and phone service. If you prefer phone service from a cell phone, then cable makes sense. There are so many combinations that vary from one location to another that you really need to look at your options and see what works for you.
