| You are right somewhat......almost impossible but not impossible. If they wanted to build them, they would. Notice that when a refinery gets damaged to the point of rebuilding one....it gets rebuilt. I know, I am simplifying things but the point is still the same. If we NEEDED the oil in Anwar......we would have it. Now, I am not against going and getting it and I think the environmentalists blow it way out of purportion (sic) and the government uses it as a sound bite and partisan issue.
