Might be that Dodge is a little late in building the not-to-be open until about 2010 or 2011 Casino ?

And of course, they are building them all over the country now. Gee, at $34 million from city for casino infrastructure -- and, gosh, a million dollars a year promised back to city -- pays for extra fire/police/EMS -- in about 40 years (with interest), the city's investment will be paid back ? (Of course, the profit for the construction will be going to a few companies in the next few years -- )
