| I saw, read or heard something recently that said Leader is the wrong word to use for the people we "hire" ( I am guilty of calling them leaders also).
We have a mind set that excuses the actions of leaders and what we need is a mind set of an employer.
If you don't live up to the expectations of the persons that hired you...then we will do what employers do..... Verbal warning, Written Warning, suspension, and then fired.
Then again, it almost takes an act of congress to fire a government employee from local on up....
