You mean the Tzatziki sauce? Hell yeah! How can you eat gyro's without it? I didn't make the Gyro's spicy (the little lady doesn't like real hot food, plus this was my first try) but without the sauce it just wouldn't be the same. We also had homemade Baklava (oh yeahhhhh) and a spinach/feta type pie dish. It was alot of work getting all the food prepared, but it was worth it. The key to the Gyro's was making sure the meat was thin before cooking it. Also, next time i will grill the meat instead of pan cooking it.
