Not to mention if a person's situation has changed for the better or worse they also need to lay responsibility OR blame where it should be layed. I don't blame the Gov't for any of my failures or success. A lot of people are worse off than they were and instead of stepping up and saying "it's my fault"...they blame the gov't.
