If you find yourself worse off than you were 10 years ago, then you will feel that any change is better than the situation you are in now. You feel it's unlikely that change could be for the worse.
It's been my experience that change has never worked out as well as I planned. | Not to mention if a person's situation has changed for the better or worse they also need to lay responsibility OR blame where it should be layed. I don't blame the Gov't for any of my failures or success. A lot of people are worse off than they were and instead of stepping up and saying "it's my fault"...they blame the gov't.
