All I can say is that at least your President gave a straight forward reason for going in, "regime change" - although on the criteria set out North Korea should have come first, but of course they've actually got WMD! The learning point for any dictator must be, get some serious WMD, and the chances of being invaded fall significantly.
Our Prime Minister, Tony Blair, (often referred to as Tony B Liar), lied to the British people as to why we should go to war. He said that Saddam actually had WMD, produced an M16 intelligence report that backed the claim up, (later proved to be a tissue of lies), and even more frightening he went on to say that Saddam could deploy WMD in a mere 45 minutes!
